Unable to move down path 5.3.6

@Kabam Miike After fighting Ronan and King Groot in 5.3.6, I have now attempted 3 times to take the path to juggernaut but my screen only flashes and the champs wont move. I'm forced to exit the quest or go left. I've submitted two tickets and the response I receive is the generic "we had issues on november 8th" and then the ticket is closed. I've wasted a lot of energy trying to run this path now and I'd like if someone could please look into it for me. Both tickets have had a video attached showing the issue I'm having.
