**KNOWN AW ISSUE**
Please be aware, there is a known issue with Saga badging when observing the AW map.
The team have found the source of the issue and will be updating with our next build.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
**KNOWN BG ISSUE**
We are aware of an issue with the seeding for the beginning of the BG season.
We are adding rewards to higher progression brackets to offset the additional grind.
More information here.
**Arcade is being extra tricky with his Murder Box...**
It appears Arcade has been non-cooperative in his approach to this month's side quest and presented his clues in a nonsensical order. Lucky you, Summoners, we have our best and brightest on the case and those clues should now be a lot more straightforward. While messing around in Arcade's files we came across a phrase, highlighted and bolded, with sparkles and pointy arrows: "the abode for the dead" ... Maybe that will help you along the way!

HOW YOU BROKE MEDUSA AND HOW TO FIX HER EASILY

Medusa has been through alot in the past few months, some good changes. Her armor shatter now works on all the champs it used to, km, emma, imiw and so on. This change has what i hope was an unintended consequence.... It made it so her damage doesnt increase with the application of a 2nd armor shatter, which used to almost double her damage from 1 armor shatter..... Here is why:

Before this patch when medusa applied an armor shatter the armor reduction and therefore the damage increase was tied to the armor shatter.

After the patch its the armor BREAK that is now simultaneously applied with the armor shatter that reduces the opponents armor. The shatter now just stops robot AA and the activation of champs future armor buffs. When you apply 2 armor shatters you still only apply 1 armor break and this is whats causing the problem. Since the armor reduction is tied to the armorbreak instead of the shatter and regardless of having 2 shatters you only apply 1 armor break so you only reduce their armor once for 2k+ instead of twice for 4k+.

HOW TO FIX:

Simply make it so you place an armorbreak for each shatter, problem solved. Damage goes back to how it could potentially be with a quick and easy fix.

1 shatter= 1 armorbreak, 2 shatters= 2 armorbreaks. Remember you cant stack more then 2 armor shatters and to even be able to get 2 shatters you have to bring the blackbolt synergy to use heavy attacks to apply permanent armorbreaks and get the first and then immediately use your sp3 to get the second.

I want to say im a big fan of the change to her shatter that it was changed back to how it functioned before it broke. I just really hope they can make this change and she will be 100% back to her old self. Ty for reading and please take this to the team.

The Black Bolt synergy gives her 6 furies
Karnak is the one who gives her perma-breaks on the heavy

I got one answer from a post i made shortly after the patch that asked a few questions and then they said they would pass it along..... But at that point nobody had figured out why this was happening....but what i wrote is def whats going on, its obvious, it even says it in her description that the shatter reduces robot AA and stops armor but the break reduces armor.... Anyone can try, put on 2 shatters and you will still have only 1 break so only reducing armor 1 time, just have her place an additional break for 2nd shatter and problem solved. The numbers should be the exact same as before the patch. It seems like an easy fix.
