Why can’t wolverine come as 5 star?

I get why scarlet witch can come to the contest as a 5 star but why not wolverine he not nearly as powerful as scarlet witch is so why can’t he come to the contest as a 5/6 star Thanks!

@TheInfinty , Possibly because he could be a major bleed + regen champ and are worried he could sweep content fast

X23 regen about the same as Wolvie, obv wolvie a bit better but not much, his awakened ability regen procs very little, r3 x23 and 5/50 wolvie are about the same just x23 has better bleeds so their argument is kinda lame, not like wolvie has utility in spades he has regen and bleed and def wouldnt be overpowered.

Nah OGW’s is much better and it procs on like 2/5 5-hit combos. X23 has better bleed/damage tho
