Clarity on passive vs active nodes

So i realized this when attempting degen nodes in variant 1, i had no way of knowing gladiator hulk would not active face me against those degen nodes. (I am not referring to starburst).

I think clarity could be added to node descriptions overall to say whether the effects are active or passive without having to use energy and going into the fights to find out how exactly the interaction works.

Sure i could have watched youtube or asked here before going in, but clarity in how the game works and the associated information should be available in game. I think this suggestion would increase the player experience overall in other areas of the game as well.

Most degen from nodes is passive. The visual distinction between active and passive effects is quite clear.

The real issue I would say is with the ability description of face me. That could need some more clarity.

Yeah, it’s passive but the ability that triggers from passives doesn’t work, it’s like it’s passive but when you use gulk it becomes some sort of active passive hybrid thing

Some degenerations from the nodes are neither debuffs or passive abilities. You just lose HP, and that's it.
They stated they belong to another category of effects that will eventually get their own icon
