"HELP4" broken??

sometimes tapping the HELP4 button would only help one people. Its ridiculous when there is 100s of help request & HELP4 removes only one of those. Is it bug or anything else?

If u exit and restart the game that fixes the problem usually.

hmm, i tried that, most of time it worked... but still, its a bug imo...
