Recently I have noticed several players have the Cavalier title but no the uncollected title. Is this possible or is it just modders get away with cheating?

    It's possible that he didn't claim his uncollected title from the mail, although that would be stupid.
    Anywho, judging by his account status, he's a big fat whale, so don't expect any actions taken against him, even if he's a hacker.

    I think the chat is global chat, the guy the OP is referring to is not nick.
