You can't go wrong with any of them and when you'll dupe caiw he is one of the best champions in the game (even unduped he is quite good).
Ghulk is also really good but in my opinion not as good as caiw

I'd say CapIW first. But if you sooner or later also get the resources for Ghulk, I'd also suggest to r4 that lad.

Two of the champs I use the most...6* r2 sig 115 Gulk and 5* r5 sig 200 CapIW...unawakened, Gulk is better by a lot, bigger HP, poison immune, FaceMe, heal block...at sig 200, CapIW is better because of his leadership abilities.
