    Why I picked him over Iceman is he has way more utility also Iceman does what he does best at rank 4 if you have the extra resources or it's really easy for you to get the the resources to rank 5 5* then definitely he should be one of them as well as stark Spidey but in my opinion first one to do is CAIW
