Support team issues

Why are the support team saying the same thing over and over when I submit tickets? In my opinion they don’t seem like a support team as they aren’t putting in effort at all to help the player base. Can I have a human conversation with someone at kabam?? Rather than just ‘this case is closed’ and that’s it. I’d like some sort of communication with someone at support who is willing to look into issues I am experiencing.
