    Namor, Omega Red, are some mutant champs that need to be awaken and high signature level for full effectiveness.. Domino is still great unduped, unless you want her as defender.

    Keep it for someone that really needs it. Domino gets about nothing offensively so unless you take war and defenders too seriously i wouldn't consider her. Sunspot's sig is decent but not worth the awaken since if he is decently ranked he can pretty much finish most fights with his initial charges.
