Omega Red or Hyperion?

Just pulled Omega from a 5*. Hyperion is 4/55 unduped. I'm 1 quest away from fully exploring Act 5 and getting the generic gem. Which one of these 2 should get it? (I currently have 0 Mutant Sig stones, and about 70 Cosmic Sig stones)

Even without the sig stones I'd give it to Omega, you'll get stones quickly enough.

But he does need to be awakened. You do realise that? To get those buffs to actually last long enough for you to do something with them
