Stuck in act 5 chapter 2 .5

I'm having the hardest time learning parry. I can't even get past 1st caracter. I'm only 2 sections away from being uncollected.

I've watched tons of Tutorials and practiced even more. I can't parry Consistently. I read somewhere you have .3 second time window to parry. That seems like a small window for me.
