Best Cosmic 5* Rank 4 Option

I already have a 5* rank 5 Medusa who is a beast and clears a lot of content for me but I'm sitting on a cosmic r3 - r4 gem and wanted to get the community's thoughts on the best option out of the below. I have completed Variants 2 and 3 and up to the Champion in 6.2. Looking for help with those and those types of content specifically as I'd like to complete Variant 1 and 100% Variant 3 in the near future. I am probably ready to give the Champion a shot with what I have but could always use the help if folks think any of those options are difference makers. Thanks in advance!
