Does the recoil mastery affects Namor???
For each sp Namor regens 6% of his health and recoil just uses 5% of health???

It does. Namor regenerates 6% of his MISSING health, not his max health. Say, if your health is around 50% then he’ll regenerate 3%. The less health he has the more he’ll regenerate. Although you can make up for the lost health from recoil if you have the suicides and willpower on, and you play aggressively

Namor regenerates 6% of missing health per special attack.

For example, if he's at 40% health, his missing health is 60%. So if a special is fired, he'll regenerate 6% of 60%, or 3.6% of total health. In this case, this wouldn't be enough to fully negate the 5% damage from recoil, but would mitigate it somewhat.

In theory,will recoil kill him? He regenerates a bit over 5% when at 1% hp,so it shouldn't be able to kill him. This but a theory,but am I correct on this one?

It might depend on whether you have LC - the poison will reduce his overall regen potential by 30%, which could allow recoil to KO him. I’ve not tested it at 1% health though, so can’t confirm.

@Octoberstack can you not chain another special immediately after, or is the delay too long?

I’ve never actually tested using a special immediately after the other. Usually after the first sp2, I have to either dash in or initiate a heavy before launching another special for it to connect safely (given the knockback distance of the first sp2). Might be worth testing.
