4* crystal shards awarded but not added to my total

I had 1598 4* crystal shards on my total and after being awarded 100 crystal shards from war my total is still showing 1598 crystal shards when it should be showing 1698, it has happened in the last few months as well but I was unsure if I had made a mistake before, but this time I checked before & after I claimed the reward, the total didn't change.

Can you please conduct an audit & rectify any problems on this particular issue on my account?

U will need to contact tech support. The forum cant do anything about game accounts. U can contact tech support by clicking the gear icon in-game.
