Kabam I would like you to solve an issue with my units, I just went on the game and it is showing I have none!!! Not very good as a gifting event is on please can this issue be sorted quickly please

You need to farm the units in order to get them. If your problem is not something related to units disappearing, then don't expect them to give you anything for free.
If not, then contact support, since those things aren't resolved here
