Clair Voyant vs dr.Doom

Just pulled Clair Voyant. Some says she’s better than Doom. I can’t understand why ?
Can someone please tell me why she’s so great ?
She got huge regen but no power control and if opponent had no immunity then she has no charges to nullify.
