I would just like to point out that @Kabam Miike is responding to angry, entitled demands for free stuff in a mobile game on Christmas day. Whether we're legitimately entitled to a gift or not, I just want to say merry Christmas to Miike and the rest of the kabam staff, especially those taking time out of their holidays to deal with us.

You could avoid ALL of this if the game was run smarter...send it out early you simpletons and save yourself these headaches! Or don’t be surprised by these type of reactions.
