The grass is not always greener. We at NOX have experienced this first hand and know the importance of a quality experience for all members in top tier alliance game play. After a brief hiatus, NOX is reconciling our core group at the turn of the year after recognizing that playing with your peers who are considerate, communicative, skilled, & accountable outweighs the minimal difference in rank rewards. We have a core group of 25 members returning and need another 5 like minded summoners to fill out the group.
NOX has 4 members ranked in the top 100 global strongest teams; all of which are valuing their experience within the alliance over their time away in top 10-20 alliances. This speaks volumes as to what kind of experience and organization we established here. There is something to be said when members are focusing their efforts towards garnering higher rewards for those whom they respect and care to help grow.

Top 30 out of the gate, working towards top 20 over time.
