Would it be possible to lower the drop rate on the small energies in the Cavalier 4 hour crystal, or have a way to trade them in on a full refill?

It would be great if we could trade these in. It takes a lot of time to load these especially when doing content that costs 3/tile. 1 move and the small refill is finished. I know u can manually keep hitting use item and load several at a time, but the ability to exchange them for large refills would help a lot.
