Gifting Cheating/Top Alliance. Solutions?

It’s no secret, and even with proof that people have submitted cheating still happens. A lot of top alliances and not so top alliances used 3rd party apps to purchase units to a starter account to gift themselves and alliance members. Arena bots were also used on starter accounts.. Many people I know have submitted pictures and proof to kabam yet nothing gets done. It’s not normal for some of these players to have a stash of 5k crystals.

This puts top players way ahead for the future since they can hold onto these crystals.

Solutions (since cheaters aren’t getting caught)
Put an expiry on gifting crystals.
Limit the amount of gifts a low level account can send.
Put a limit on gifting outside of an alliance.
Take away the gifting option and make a “trading” option where you have to trade gifting crystals with each other so both accounts have to spend units.
