Would you want the game to have gear/artifacts?

Who thinks it would be cool to have gear or artifacts you can equip on characters to give them slight tweaks or stat boosts? I know it's not typical of fighting games to have gear systems and maybe it would throw off the meta too much but just thought it would be a cool.

It's a really bad idea. This was discussed some years ago and created some "caos" over the forums due to some fake rumors out there.

They implemented a gear system after the outrage but very few noticed. It takes up a roster slot though and it’s called Unique Synergies...

I would have preferred a gear and star leveling system over the current system of releasing the same champ with a new star level every few years. Really sucks when you pull a 6* of a champ you have at r5 5*. Where we're at now its too late IMO.
