Who to use a 5* tech AG on?

So i just did V4 100% and i got a tech awakening gem out of it! my only issue here is the options i have to use it on. i just need some assistance on who is worth it seeming how i really wanna get V3 and V2 done

I believe it's also worth a mention that I have two generic 5* awakening gems but i'm saving those.

Well, if you know how to Ghost, so you wouldn't have made this post. In that case save it or Sentinel if you can't sit on it.

Well I do know how to use Ghost, I just don't know if she's worth the Awakening gem or i should use it on another option and wait to dupe her naturally.
