I Was Banned For Using The Exploit

I admit I exploited the game during the bug. And i did it on purpose. I even used all of my extra energy, however I didn't use any of the rewards in case they would be taken away. I did not think it would result in a ban as I didnt think I was purposely doing anything outside of my control by running theough quests but was glasly collexting rewards. Anyway I am just saying I think this week ban is excessive. We are already losing all the rewards and time for completing quests and now we are being penalized extra because of an in game error. And it negatively effects my alliance as I am in war and quest and they did nothing wrong. I also would like to note I checked in mail for info on this bug and if it would say stop playing or you will receive a ban and there was nothing like that. I just feel like there has never been a warning and all the sudden I am banned.

They aren't going to listen to you and they will close this thread soon. Sorry you got banned, not much you can do about it.

File a BBB report. It's kabams fault for knowingly letting this bug go on if they were going to go as far as ban accounts for it. They can't determine who knowingly and purposely exploited the bug, there are countless reasons as to why someone may have repeatedly done one of those quests.

I'm pissed because it affects our alliance as a whole as it does many others. I didn't exploit it but wish I did, if only to have a reason to call google, my bank and the BBB and get a full refund of my money spent on this game.

Kabam could have and should have shut the event down or suspended it. Instead they took the idiotic route to hurting the players. Of course when a bug works in their favor they don't bother responding. If they do it takes them a month to get around to it. Unacceptable and no TOS can justify this.

BBB won't be much use. If they banned, there is a reason. They don't hand them out like Oprah. Either way, it's all in the TOS. BBB has no say.

Of the players who experienced this issue, only a 1/3 of them took advantage of the exploit. We reviewed the data and determined 7% players in this group used it to a *severe* extent. If you received a ban for using this exploit, it means you were in this top 7%. You knew what you were doing and what you were earning, and this activity is expressly against our terms of service. We were within our rights to issue a perm ban if we so chose, but if you've not had any previous violations, we opted for a temp ban instead. You've already indicated that you know how you broke our rules and that you did it on purpose. There has to be repercussions for such actions. We're locking this thread down since our forum rules state that bans are not to be appealed or argued within this space.
