Alliance war synergies

Do all your synergies work for alliance war defense on your team? For instance if I use Symbiote supreme and Dormammu does the sp2 still trigger through blocks??

They don't work and we want to keep it that way. Some of the defensive synergies would be extremely OP and Kabam has confirmed this.
