ISO-8 Problem/ Suggestion

I was one of the first players of contest and after all these years I see this game had made great progress.
After all, I decided to start a new account, all these gifts and boosters for newcomers are extremely good.
But I see there is one more problem here, It is impossible to get Iso-8's we need. It is hard to dupe a 4* champion for a new player, there are so many characters and the greatest resource of Iso8 is duping characters.
My suggestion is that there should be Iso8 rewards in arena.
Most of the arena crystals give small amount of gold and I think there can be another prize in this crystal.
Like christmas gifting crystals, there can be an extra prize and that would be ISO-8.
Or giving iso8 as arena milestone reward.
Or just increasing the amount of ISO8 we get while doing story quests again, exploring a quest takes a really long time and we don't get reward before exploration. There can be decent amount of ISO8 for completing a quest again.
I mean this ISO8 issue should change, you guys need to consider other players than uncollected/cavalier ones, it is hard for a new player to dupe a 4* champion as I said before. I think increasing the rewards of arena by putting some iso8 in the process would make other players enjoy the game and play more. You don't need to add new content all the time, it is possible for kabam team to make the current content more enjoyable and rewarding. That would change player's way of view easily.
