Does the game developers or the team who monitor server load (If you have one) get the feedback from this forum area? Or is this site only for customer front end support?

It doesn’t seam to be any link from how you distribute feedback since the same issues are constantly being reported and really doesn’t change

    The forums are primarily for community discussion. Any issues that are reported and have sufficient information in order to investigate them will be passed on from the Bug forums to the appropriate teams to investigate. Feedback about the game can be posted in the General or Suggestions sections and will be passed on regularly to the rest of the team for consideration.
