Issues with Squirrel Store Reward Limits

Hi,

I’m having issues getting rewards from the Squirrel Store for the latest event because it says I need to complete Act 3 Chapter 4 to gain access. I have check and double checked and I have definitely completed AND 100% explored the main Story Quest Act 3 Chapter 4. I also completed and 100% explored the Story Quest for the event. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know exactly what it’s referring to? Any comments or suggestions would greatly be appreciated! Thanks!

I am 50% completed with act 3 chapter 4. Cannot unlock store items that list this as a requirement. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the corresponding TITLE for completing final quest of Act-3 Chap-4 ?? (Is that the “Proven” title ?) Check your profile, and look at your Titles. Don’t think you have to fully Explore (100%), just 1 path thru each of the quests.

There are some other higher items that will require “Uncollected” Title, which is completing Act 5.2 (The Collector). So you won’t be able to spend 1.0 mil Acorns to reach the 5* Awakening Gem, but if “Proven” you should be able to get the other items (and several of the Acorn “Spend” event Milestones).
