Ghost phasing after Specials is broken

I run suicides so I rely on phasing after a special with my Ghost. Lately I can’t phase after a special to avoid the recoil damage. This is not a timing issue, because phasing isn’t even an option after a special. Is there a bug or problem or what’s happening @Kabam Miike

If you're trying to phase after a sp1, then that's the problem. She gains precisions passives, which don't allow her to phase
