Crystal opening issue

If you have seen this before this issue is when your opening a crystal anyone for some reason it likes to do one jump from the champion your suppose to have gotten for example I opened a premium crystal and it landed on a 3 star but a split second jumps to a 2star also when your tap to stop it sometimes doesn't stop spinning which ruins your chances but the most broken crystal is the arena crystal you only get gold and units just the 1 jump issuee effects that a lot I should have had a 4star punisher by now eveytime it landed the same 1 jump issue happened

The scrolling reel is “for entertainment purposes only”. The outcome is already decided as soon as you begin the spinning of the crystal. So also doesn’t matter when you “stop” spinning, it just gives you what has already been determined.

Sometimes the “skipping” is a visual issue that is just so that the outcome can “land” on what was already determined.
