When Fury switches over to the real Fury, he normally would continue to gain health to 100% then drop hp slowly. If you continue to damage him during the 0 -> 100 stage (not yet 100), after a second or so, he stops gaining and he drops to 30% immediately. This has happened in the monthly quest and in AW.
