Playing through act 5.2.4 with Psylocke, I noticed that when attacking an enemy while they have zero power and Psylocke has one (or more) Psi-charges, Masochism was triggered and the opponent regenerated as if a debuff was placed on the opponent. However, according to Psylocke's ability description, no debuff should be placed in this instance (her power lock was not used and the opponent was not parried). Is this intentional or a bug??
