Need some insight on 6.3 medusa

Hey, I need some questions answered here. Could a 3 45 unduped archangel deal with her with a few revives? Or same ranked blade/KM? Or do i need them ranked higher/ different champs? Thanks in advance

I've tried alot with Km just i dont know if those 50 bleeds will kill her in one shot

depending on the rank, mastery, sig level, if you get the sig ability boost, boost and team synergy it might be difficult for the 50 bleeds themselves to kill her
