Champions ability

Just noticed that my Ironman(iw) plasma damage is not scaling with suicide mastery .
Earlier it used to increase plasma damage but now it's not increasing .
Is this intentional ?

I would like to know this too
Have one at r5 and use him for quests a lot
Other champs do not see an increase in certain abilities despite not having the ability listed with “scales with base attack only”
BWCV sp2 with curse of hellfire burst damage does not scale as well

I believe kabam gave an explanation for this somewhere in the bugs section. They said suicides increase modified attack, not base attack, so the plasma damage should be the same.
