Could we make chat window visible from arena screen?

Apologies if I missed this elsewhere, I looked thru 5 pages before posting this.
Is it possible to make the chat text box at the bottom of the screen visible while in the arena grind? It would be extremely helpful to me so that I could see when a teammate has removed a link that I’m waiting on. Typically when in arenas, I stay there until I’ve exhausted my available champs. This is sometimes atleast an hour.
I’m sure this could be said in a more professional or impressive way, but this is what I’m capable of right now:/

A while back they at least added the ICON indicating you have a new personal chat message (lower-left corner), but would be good if we could see and get to main chat's along bottom too.
