Wow, either the majority have been spoilt growing up, or are teenagers because this is becoming ridiculous!

If that offer was a 4* crystal and stones would you moan? 99% not.

That's what this is, but with the added benefit of duping whoever you want and still able to add a bit on.

Want a crystal and get Spidey Gwen? War Machine or so on?

Or tons of stones to make any champ you want stronger.

Simple, if you don't want it, leave it... not every player is at our level too, some might actually want and need it.

I haven't got it, but it's far from a rubbish deal when you look at it properly.

Well, there are two theories. I might not be as blunt as the OP.
1. People have prematurely projected into the future of 6*'s and somehow feel that the Offers have diminished value now that something new is months away.
2. People complain no matter what the Offer is.

Removing defense kill points is an indisputable cash grab? I wouldn't say that is indisputable, but I will say I can see absolutely no good thing coming from disputing a statement like that.
