My question is simple.
Does ascendancy have any effect on role reversal or vice versa?

I don't see why it should. Ascendancy is a flat out boost for the particular classes.

So if I were to take say, Domino into a tech matchup, wouldn't the ascendancy reverse due to role reversal?
20% for Mutant becomes 10, 10% for Tech becomes 20%?

Mutant stays Mutant as far as Ascendency goes. So Mutant against a Tech on a RoleReversal will still have Mutant +20, Tech +10. The only difference is the inherent normal class Advantage/Disadvantage to their Attack Rating will then give you the normal Class Advantage to Attack instead of the Tech Opponent.
