Tier 2 Alpha, we need more!

Tier 2 alpha is a constant bottle neck while T4 class catalysts build up in the over flow. T5 basic fragments seem to be a little more abundant lately while T2 alphas hold us back from upgrades. We need some way to earn more T2 alphas
