Cutoff for 5 star arenas

Anyone know what the cutoff for 5 star arena usually is. I am asking for the 2k 5star shards and 1k 5 star shards. I left arena for a while and usually when I hit 6.5 mill, I get 1k 5 star shards. But I seem to be missing that rank now.
