New forums, new Character Wishlist thread

Just as a reminder, our rules:

Character requests are still a very frequent topic of conversation within our community, and with good reason - there are a ton of amazing Marvel characters in their universe.

The old Character wish list thread was ballooning a bit, and several characters requested in that thread have since been added to The Contest. We're starting up a new thread to house these discussions so that they can continue, but in a more up to date manner.

A few FAQ's:

1) Why haven't you added (X character) yet?!

A: there are so many characters we want to add, but simply haven't gotten to yet. A character's lack of presence in the Contest currently does not necessarily mean that we've overlooked them or that we don't already have them on our radar. Our teams have a finite amount of time in order to produce content, and we'd love to bang characters out quicker - but still need to maintain realistic developer cadences.

2) We need more female characters and more diversity.

A: Our own team is quite diverse itself, and we agree that representation is an important concern!

3) Why do you bother adding (X re-skinned character) when you've not even had a chance to add (x character not in The Contest)?

A: While some people are not a fan of character re-skins, MANY of our players are. The Marvel universe is one with a lengthy lore, and almost every beloved character has gone through some sort of costume change or shift at some point in their super-powered careers. These differences offer a good opportunity to re-introduce players to content they may not have managed to obtain the first time around, and allowing new players to pick up a certain champion while still keeping things a bit fresh. Our goal is to have a healthy balance between release types.

4) Can you confirm if a requested character is going to be released?

A: The short answer is no. We have specific timelines regarding when we can announce content, and that means that we can't pop in to say 'hey, that person is coming!'. For those wanting to keep on top of our latest announcements or teases, following our Twitter and Facebook accounts are your best shot. We also have an Instagram account that you should follow. So go forth, and suggest! We're not going to individually reply to the comments and suggestions that we see, but we are reading everything.

This should go without saying, but please discuss the characters you'd like to see without insulting each other or trying to discredit someone's opinion. Friendly debate is welcome, but the emphasis here is 'friendly' ; )

Hey everyone.
I know people think we have enough symbiotes in the game but I just was having fun thinking of differnt abilities Riot could have heres my view on it. Please feel free to make suggestions or explain why something wouldnt work.
Riot:

Signature Ability:
When 10 symbiote weaponry is reached, gain a regeneration buff healing (depends on sig level) over 15 seconds.
Start the fight with three symbiote weaponry active instead of one

Abilities:

Passive:
Recoil Immunity

Symbiote Weaponry
When the fight begins, start the fight with a passive symbiote weaponry buff. Every symbiote weaponry buff grants one passive buff each. The buff can be rotated in the order of cruelty, fury, precision, power gain, prowess

Symbiote Shield
Reduce all incoming damage
Increase block proficiency
All of the attacks Riot blocks inflicts the oppenent with a bleed debuff

Light attacks:
10% chance to inflict a bleed debuff

Heavy Attacks:
Each heavy attack rotates the buff activated by symbiote weaponry
Each heavy attack has a 50% chance of inflicting a armorbreak debuff on the opponent

Special 1:
100% chance to activate Symbiote Shield
50% chance to inflict an armor break debuff

Special 2:
Grants 1 passive symbiote weaponry buff
If the defender is blocking, Riot gains unblockable for the first hit of this special

Special 3:
If at 10 symbiote weaponry, activate all symbiote weaponry buffs for 20 seconds. After the 20 second timer all symbiote weaponry buffs are removed.

Hey everyone. Recently it occurred to me what if it was Bullseye who moved on to Summoner's Choice '23, and not, for example, Gladiator (Hype, Jr.) or White Tiger (Tigra/Black Cat 2.0). Would people vote for him more than Gladiator/White Tiger? Would he be one of the best Skills? Would he be the one everyone was waiting for but everyone was deluded? But more specifically, I was intrigued by his abilities. So I would like to ask you what do you think about it. I warn you right away that this is an amateur idea, so there will probably be some shortcomings, so forgive me for that. (But anyway, I had to use various information in the game and from other players. I hope this doesn't affect Bullseye's assessment of this idea).

Light Attacks:
-With each light attack, Bullseye inflicts a rupture debuff on the defender, inflicting physical damage in the process.
Medium Attacks:
- Every other medium attack, Bullseye gains the precision debuff.
Heavy attacks:
-Third hit during a heavy attack, Bullseye inflicts a bleed debuff on the defender.
Ability - "I never miss":
- While Bullseye's ability is active, Medium, Heavy, Special 1 and Special 2 attacks cannot be dexed, evaded or missed.
- At every start of combat while Bullseye's ability is active, he gets the Precision debuff and the Fury debuff.
- While the ability is active, Bullseye will interception, gains the Cruelty debuff.
- When the skill is active, against Skill Class Champions (Kingpin, Daredevil (Classic), Punisher, or Elektra, for example), Bullseye's Attack increases by 20%, and he gets 3 Precision debuffs and 3 Fury debuffs at the start of the fight.
- While active, all debuffs Bullseye applies to defenders are doubled.
Special Attacks:
- With each special attack thrown, Bullseye applies nullify to his opponent.
- Each special attack imposes a slow debuff on the defender.
Special Attack 1 - "Ace Up Your Hole":
- Bullseye inflicts 2 armor break debuffs, 5 bleed debuffs, and a stun debuff on his opponent.
- Bullseye gains 5 precision debuffs and 5 fury debuffs.
Special Attack 2 - "Knives Out":
- Bullseye applies the critical bleed debuff to the defender.
- Bullseye gains the cruelty debuff and 10 Fury debuffs.
Special Attack 3 - "I always hit the target":
- Bullseye inflicts 2 Critical Bleed debuffs, 10 Rupture debuffs, and 10 Armor Break debuffs on his opponent.
- Bullseye gains 15 fury debuffs, 5 precision debuffs, and 5 cruelty debuffs.
Signature Ability:
- Critical damage is boosted by 300%

Prodigy is a mutant, who had previously lost his mutant powers due to the effects of M-Day.[15]

The Stepford Cuckoos unlocked all the knowledge in his mind that he had previously absorbed. As a result, Prodigy has access to all the knowledge and skills he had briefly obtained with his mutant power, but he cannot psychically gain new information from others.[7]

He has since regained his mutant status after being killed and resurrected by the Five.[6]

Psychomimetic: Subconscious, uncontrolled, form of limited telepathy, allowing temporary mimicry of skills and knowledge from nearby targets.[9][62] Prodigy could acquire mental and physical abilities, be it knowledge over a subject, a foreign language, or mastery of a fighting style. He could even predict the attacks of others in order to avoid them.[63] However, he was unable to retain that knowledge. When the person left his immediate proximity, Prodigy no longer retained information. Emma Frost described this mental block as a defense mechanism.[64] It is unknown after his resurrection by Krakoa if he still retains this mental block.

Even without his acquired knowledge, Prodigy is very intelligent. Without using his powers, he's completed college level courses while in high school,[9] operated complex technology, piloted the Blackbird,[5] and built the Danger Cave.[18]

Weaknesses
Prodigy originally required corrective lenses due to his poor eyesight[64] until his vision was corrected by Elixir through his Biokinesis.[22]

Sonic Scream: He has the ability to shatter solid objects with an incredibly loud and destructive sonic scream.
Flight: He has the ability to fly at subsonic speeds by using his voice to propel him through the air and ride via sound waves.
Sonar: He could use his sonic powers as a form of sonar (Sound Navigation and Ranging). By sending out a precise, pure note and listening to the returning, altered wavefront of the note, he could evaluate his surroundings in total darkness with varying degrees of resolution.
Sonic Shield: He could tighten sound waves around himself or others near him, making a barrier against outside attack.
Vocal Disorientation: He has the ability to change someone’s balance, by affecting their equilibrium using his sonic scream.
Vocal Trance: He has the ability to subtly influence people's subconscious mind by changing the tones and vibrations of his voice using hypersonic suggestions and persuasive abilities.
Vocal Unconsciousness: He has the ability to affect the fluid in someone’s ear causing the person to go unconscious.
Sound Immunity: Banshee's hearing and equilibrium were unaffected by his hypersonic abilities or other similar sound/sonic-based abilities.
Superhuman Vocal Stamina: He possesses superhuman stamina in his lungs, throat, and vocal cords.
Scream of Change: As part of his powers as Vox Ignis, he is able to allow individuals to trace the causes of their traumas, unlocking memories and revealing the circumstances behind a trauma. This is a modification of the Penance Stare employed by Spirits of Vengeance.[64]

Abilities
A gifted detective, seasoned undercover operative, and unarmed combatant, Sean was also well-versed in combat strategy and tactics. He was an excellent marksman, amateur machine-smith, educator, organizer, and lobbyist. His interests included American country music and playing the piano.

Weaknesses
His vocal cords were susceptible to injury from excessive strain in using sonic powers. He had also survived normally fatal throat wounds at the cost of his sonic powers temporarily.

Powers

Chi Manipulation: Fat Cobra has the ability to manipulate Chi energy. He gained this from years of training and finally defeating Xiang Yao while absorbing his chi and becoming champion of Peng Lai Island.[21]

Chi Augmentation: Fat Cobra can harness his spiritual energy in a similar fashion as Iron Fist does. By doing this he can enhance all of his physical attributes to superhuman levels.[22]

Chi-Enhanced Fist: Similar to Iron Fist, by concentrate his chi and focusing it into his hand, he can draw upon the superhuman energy and make his attack so powerful and super humanly resistant to injury and pain on a superhuman scale. This Chi based attack technique does not involve a physical transformation of any kind, simply a psychic channeling of concentrated natural energy. With his fist in this state, Fat Cobra can repel and injure superhuman beings as strong as The Sentry, separating the portion of The Void's evil energy from his body. He can also swallow that energy with the aim to purged and disposed it without being affected at all.[23]

Electrokinesis: He can also channel a form of lightning that he can project as a blast or to entangle others with.[21]

Nervous System Control: Fat Cobra has complete control over his nervous system enabling him to deaden himself to pain, resist the effects of drugs or poisons, and slow down the rate at which he bleeds.[24]

Energy Detection: Capable of detecting energy signatures.[11]

Heightened Awareness: Demonstrated the ability to detect a threat to his well-being in his immediate vicinity before they can commit the action itself and possesses enhanced intuition.[3]

Enhanced Senses: Fat Cobra has unusually keen eyesight and hearing, but it is unclear if it extends to superhuman level.[3]

Enhanced Durability: Fat Cobra can generate a chi-based "aura" radiating from his body to protect himself from energy based attacks to a varied degree, and make himself more resilient against physical damage.[3]

Chi Enhanced Healing: He can use his chi to heal wounds and illness, as he spent two years in a S.H.I.E.L.D. facility mending his spine and regrowing his legs.[1]

Dimensional Travel: Under certain circumstances, his chi can be focused to create nexus points between dimensions.[11]

Advanced Longevity: Fat Cobra was born at the end of the 19th Century and appears to still be in his prime.[21]

Master Martial Artist: Fat Cobra is a master of the martial arts, since he absorbed all the knowledge of his predecessors. His moves include; "Sumo Thunder Stomp", "Cudgel of Misfortune", "Whirlwind of Impending Doom", "Exquisite Speed Release", "Stomping Giant Slap", "Heaven's Haymaker", and "Thunder Devil Stomp".[3]

Acrobatics/Dance: Fat Cobra, from an early age, was trained in Chinese dance and acrobatics. He is surprisingly fast and nimble for his size.[1]

Weapons Proficiency: He has extensive knowledge of weaponry.[3]

Nervous System Control: He has near-complete control over his nervous system, enabling him to deaden himself to pain.[3]

Environmental Adaptation: His entire body is oriented to combat, enabling him to adapt to any environment with minimal exposure.[3]

Physical Strength

Fat Cobra possesses peak human strength at the least, and can lift at least twice his body weight.[1]

Weaknesses

Memory Loss: Due to his debauched life of excess, his memory is a little blurry.[1]

Vices: Over his long life he has indulged in many vices namely food, drink, drugs, and prostitutes.[1]
