Warlock AI uprising synergy

Recently pulled warlock and was searching the forums for any information on the synergy with gilly 2099. Cant get hold of anything. So was any changes made in regards to that like robots gaining power? I remember seeing something about this getting fixed sometime back. Wanted to know what was wrong what got changed in regards to that. Anyone? Any idea?

    Yep correct. What was wrong? And what got fixed?

    It’s got a cooldown now. It is 12 seconds long. They added that as it was “too powerful” with no cooldown
