is it possible to play war without placing defenders???

    Yes, if you missed the time to put your Defenders in, you can still join in Attack phase (provided, in case of 1 or 2 BG Wars, there are still spots available and hasn’t reached 10 people yet).

    But don’t do that as a strategy, empty numbered nodes still gives your opponents FULL Attack Bonus just for stepping onto those empty spots, and all it does is LOWER your own alliance's potential for higher Diversity Points.
