Vision Aarkus

Hi guys,
I’m having lagging issues when I play Vision Aarkus. It’s just this champion, no issues with other champions so I’m pretty sure its not my device. I had similar problem with Mordo a couple of years ago and it was fixed. The problem I’m having with Aarkus is that I’m not able to parry/block or do dexterity fast enough and I’m constantly getting hit! Please help...Thanks.
