Always crash when using X23

Hello There...
I have some serious issue about X23...
The game always crash when i try to using her or in the middle of fight (in Questing or AQ)
That's why i never using her in wars...
Please help me...

I have the same issue for over a year with different champions, like Mordo, X-23, BW, Starlord (which costed me 1/3 of extra units in LoL), Spider-Man (classic and black), Cable, Netflix DD and maybe some others.
Kabam will not fix this easily, so don't expect it to ever be fixed
