Besides ronan against a champ with tons of buffs with champion in the game inflicts the longest stun?

    Cap IW Sp2 with 5 kinetic charges has a pretty long stun

    Longest individual stunnis probably proxima a hon or psylocke, for chain stunning someone like hulk is good, if you get lucky you can keep a near permanent stun, but it’s rng

    for everyone thinking that it's impossible, here is the video (i didn't start recording until i saw that the stun was a lot longer than expected, but the very first frame shows that the stun came from a parry, and that i was in arena, so no nodes involved):
