More Control in Alliance Wars/ Quests

Alliance leaders should have the ability to remove members from AQs to help control cherry pickers who just sit at the entrance. Also more control over AWs like being able to remove some members from rooms for the sake of the whole alliance.

I think it would be interesting if alliance members who placed for defense in AW didn't have to attack and vice versa.

I think he means that alliance leaders should be able to ban people from AQ and AW in order to get rid of the "cherry pickers"
