February 5th or as soon as you update?

If we can get an official response from @Kabam Miike about the balancing. In the announcement it says that the balancing goes live with the new update that’s live on February 5th. And I’ve seen mixed statements about if they are live or not. So can we get information about it one way or the other?

    They're live now. Not sure if they are final or not? Maybe that's why Kabam said the 5th? Who knows..lol. I'm always confused when it comes to their thought process.
