I am sick to death of been penalised half my life in the AQs when (through no fault of my own) the game doesn't want to load and times out on me, the same thing happens so much to my fellow alliance members, we send screenshots to each other showing we have full signal strength and are in a WiFi spot (usually at home) yet this nonsense still happens.
The issue is not with my device as it works perfectly, it's the game itself just not loading and us the players having to pay for it.
Please remove this ridiculous unfair rule.
