my new 5 star

this morning I opened a 5 star hood where is he on the god to meh tier + is he worth rank 3. what is the best way to play him and are any masteries or synergies particularly beneficial. any tips wanted

It really depends on your roster.
Hood is above average among Mystic class and I like to throw SP1 to trigger stun.
Some players like to swap Antman with Hood in Ghost/Wasp synergy team, in which Hood makes all specials deal zero damge while Ghost is phased. Ghost can take a Sp3 and take zero damage.

Awakened high sig Hood is a beast.
Invisibility mode...Lots of crits/stagger.
Regular mode...Power stealing.

SP2 is a killer.
Very underrated champ.
