Spider Gwen or She Hulk?

My spider gwen is dupe level 40, but my she hulk is unawakened. Both are 5*. Who should I take up?

While Spider Gwen is pretty awesome, She Hulk is just such a unit in so many areas of the game. Not to mention that her damage potential is near infinite. I have her awakened at 5/65 and would have still ranked her up without her sig.

What actually makes she hulk better than spider gwen? Is it the damage output?
